Method Of Treatment

1: Anti-Termite treatment:

Base of the masonary walls(INTERNAL):
To stop the movement of termites from the ground holes of 12mm diameter are drilled apart and injecting chemical emulsion into the holes premises of the society i.e. office, garages, entire passage way and staircases on each floor including entrance door frames.

Vulnerable wooden portions

Woodwork like doors and windows which are susceptible to termite attack l also be protected.by drilling operation.

Chemical Treatment inside the flats :

The internal treatment of walls shall be carried holes from inside the flats at thejunction of the wall. The holes are drilled along the side of the walls. The chemical emulsion shall be injected.

Frequency :

2.General Disinfestations:

Control: (Cockraoch control is a 5-step process.)

1. Prevention.

2. Good Sanitation

3. Inspection.

4. Initial insecticide application. (odourless Spray, Gel application, Herbal Paste etc.)

5. Follow-up or maintenance service.

Roaches, rats, mice, spiders, termites, fleas, ants, and bees — few people welcome them into their homes or offices. Unwanted creatures that infest households, buildings, or surrounding areas are pests that can pose serious risks to human health and safety. It is a pest control worker’s job to eliminate them.

Pest control workers locate, identify, destroy, control, and repel pests. They use their knowledge of pests’ biology and habits, along with an arsenal of pest management techniques — applying chemicals, setting traps, operating equipment, and even modifying structures — to alleviate pest problems.

3. Rodent Control Treatment:

• RAT ELIMINATION

There are four basic steps when eliminating a rat population:

1. Inspection
2. Sanitation
3. Exclusion
4. Population Reduction (Traps, Baits, Repellents)

In order for your rodent control program to be effective (as well as efficient) on a long term basis, all four basic steps should be implemented.

Inspection:

A professional should look for when conducting their initial: Droppings, tracks, gnaw marks, burrowing,. A good inspection will give you a better idea of the size of the population. As you will see in Population Reduction, you must intercept the rodents.

Sanitation:

In order for a large population of rodents to flourish, there has to be an abundance of food and water, Removing that make any pest population abundant, you remove the pest. This is the backbone of Integrated Pest Management!. Proper storage rodent food, removal of undesirable vegetation and taking care of rubbish, are just a few examples of good sanitation practices. Homeowners must also realize that pet foods and wild bird feed are all tasty meals for rodents. If rats have easy access to an abundance of dog food (especially at night when feeding is heaviest), they are less likely to be attracted to your rodenticides or baited traps.

Exclusion:

Controlling rats by making it impossible for them to enter structures is the best way to eliminate populations. Although this is not always feasible. It is not possible to do extensive rodent proofing, but in many cases it can be accomplished .Do not forget to inspect and repair air vents that may not be in sound working order.

Population Reduction:

To quickly reduce the population of rats, traps and/or baits are used. In some situations, the use of toxic baits are not safe, legal or desired because of possible odors. When dealing with rats, we prefer a combination of traps and baits. Consider your building, children, pets, ability to deal with possible odors and dangers to none target animals when choosing products to eliminate your rat problem.
